How long does delivery take?
3-15 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
How will my delivery be shipped?
Partner Logistics: HsinOne works with international logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, which are responsible for safely delivering your HsinOne products.
No Specified Logistics: To ensure efficiency and cost control in transportation, HsinOne does not accept specified logistics companies chosen by the customer. This means you cannot select which logistics company will be used to send your package.
Warehouse Management: Once you place an order, the HsinOne warehouse team takes responsibility for processing your order and ensures it is dispatched through our partnered international logistics companies.
Transportation Process: The logistics company will manage all relevant transportation arrangements and convey the product from the warehouse straight to your doorstep.
Tracking and Receiving: After the order is dispatched, you will be able to track your package until it safely reaches your address.
HsinOne strives to ensure that the logistics process is simple and efficient, allowing you to easily receive the products you have ordered.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
- If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
- If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. HsinOne will not replace the order or issue a refund.
